Weekly Willy Update (WWU) for the week of November 7, 2008
Happy November and welcome to another edition of the WWU, I know I had a fun Halloween.
Clan News, Info, and Events…
Not much news happening on the clan front.
I know a few of us will be playing Gears of War 2 for awhile
I will be working on the recap for the Halloween LAN party with 8BB soon and I will post it on the main page when I am done.
Gaming News…
This week there isn’t a lot of gaming news to report on it is kind of a slow week.
Bungie updated the playlist and added Ranked Team Snipers along with other things.
Also Bungie did a Community Spotlight on one of our friends on our clan friends list. Halo3.Junk.ws so congrats to them for the spot light and all the hard work they have done in the stat tracking business of Halo 3.
Some news regarding Halo Wars, it is coming out in February. If you buy the limited edition it comes with a code to download 3 new maps from the Mythic map pack early. Bungie says they will try their best to get to new maps on the Xbox marketplace as soon as possible. So if you want to play the new Halo 3 maps early get the limited edition of Halo Wars.
Willy’s Rant of the Week (WRotW)...
Once again not much to rant about I may just retire this portion of the WWU I am still deciding.
Willy’s Weekly Boredom Killer (WWBK)…
This week in the WWBK is a game that is very short but it takes a lot of trial and error to beat it.
It is a game called Cursor 10 and you have to get as far as you can through this maze using your mouse cursor before the time runs out. Then when you run out of time you have a new mouse cursor but your previous cursor is there on screen doing everything you did before. It is kind of hard to explain but it is a fun little game to kill some time with, so try it out.
