Weekly Willy Update (WWU) for the week of January 16, 2009
Welcome back to another week of the Weekly Willy Update, I hope you all are enjoy this very cold weather, I sort of like it, I have had 1 snow day so far for my college classes.
First off this week I want to share a funny picture with you, this past weekend I went sledding at a friend’s place up in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
The day we left to come back home, we stopped off at an antique store and spent about 2 hours walking around. Just as we were about to leave I saw this funny ass item sitting on a shelve and I thought to myself I have to buy this, so needless to say I am now a proud owner of a Steve Urkel doll. It’s sort of creepy but it is still funny as hell.

Gaming News…
For the gaming news this week I want to start off with some sad news that turned out to be sort of funny. Some lady in Michigan was playing Wii bowling and she hit her dog in the head with the force of her hand and Wiimote combined and killed it. Luckily her neighbor brought it back to life that is why I say it is funny because the dog lived. If the dog did not live it would be sad.
Now on with some DLC news, earlier this week the Fable II DLC Knothole Island came out, and somebody found that you can get a rifle that looks like the Halo 3 assault rifle.
Second DLC news, Castle Crashers DLC is finally here as well, it is DLC that was talked about a few months ago but now it is finally here for only 160 M$ points.
We will be able to download the Resident Evil 5 demo later this month, Jan 26th to be exact.
Earlier this week Buy.com had a deal on 13 month Xbox Live renewal cards, they were on sale for $29.00 with free shipping, and sadly that deal is no longer going on. So I checked online to see if there were anymore deals and I found out that amazon.com was selling them for $38.00 with free shipping. It’s not as good as $29.00 but you can still save yourself $14 and the price of gas at amazon.com
There is also a 1 day sale on Ebay that someone is selling them for $30 with free shipping as well, but if you missed the sale you can always spend 8 bucks more over at amazon.com
There is talk of Microsoft increasing the size of our Xbox LIVE friends list to exceed 100 people somewhere down the road.
Also this week Sony stated that they have sold 50 million PS2 in North America, making it the best selling console of all time.

Willy’s Weekly Boredom Killer (WWBK)…
This week in the boredom Killer is a game called Ragdoll Cannon, the goal of this game is to fire ragdolls out of a cannon and try to hit a target, it is very simple but the later levels get harder. Also you can only fire 5 ragdolls at a time, after you shoot 5 dolls out of the cannon; the 6th one will delete one of the original dolls.
So give it a try I had fun playing it.
